Had a very small job that needed to be done ....Junior was my plumber. He's gold. I'm renovating my condo and he pointed out a couple of things to think about when doing my own plumbing work. Professional and friendly.

We had a running toilet and needed a new flush lever. We placed a call on Thursday morning and Emmie was able to get a technician out to service us on Friday. Emmie was a delight to work with in the office and when Josh showed up he was very professional and knowledgeable. I will be using A-1 for all my plumbing needs. 10/10 would recommend.

I can't say enough about this company!!I have used them for years. Always responsive. They have replaced every pipe in my house. Honest and trustworthy. Came to my house the same day of any emergency I had. I would never use anyone else!!! 

We developed a hot water slab leak that needed to be addressed quickly as the weekend was upon us, and A-1 Prestige came to the rescue. Our condo complex has had over 50 slab leaks since 1997 and JT has repaired them all! He did an excellent job re-routing our pipes to solve the problem. JT is a friendly, yet no-nonsense guy. He arrived around 0830 (as he said he would) and immediately started working. I believe that he worked through lunch and finished about 1530, when he finally took a bathroom break and had a little something to eat! He then cleaned up the place as if he had not worked there! if you need a very dependable guy to address your plumbing needs - ask for JT! He'll put our mind at ease and do an excellent job!
